Special event - Perseids meteor shower
The Perseids meteor shower, also known in Spain as Las Lágrimas de San Lorenzo, is the most intense meteor shower of the year
The best time to watch a meteor shower is in the hours immediately before dawn. This year, the moon will set early in the morning, leaving a dark sky at the perfect moment to watch for shooting stars.
We can expect up to 50 shooting stars per hour. Out at sea, far from the light pollution of the city, the show should be spectacular.
Sunrise is at about 07h30, so we will return to port about 08h00 after watching the sun rise out of the sea. Unforgettable!
As a reward for getting up so early to experience this astronomical phenomenon, free cava will be served during the trip.
